
Jaclyn Sinay is a dedicated family mediator with deep roots in Berkshire County and a passion for supporting families through challenging transitions. Holding a BA from Fordham University and a law degree from Suffolk University, she began her career as a practicing attorney before moving into leadership roles in nonprofit organizations. She has been admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State Courts, Federal District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Specializing in mediation, Jaclyn completed Divorce Mediation training through Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and Community Mediation training with Metropolitan Mediation Services. She also holds certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace and Human Resource Management. Her mediation approach is grounded in empathy, open communication, and equity, helping families resolve conflicts peacefully while ensuring all voices are heard and respected.
